The schedule for the Phoenix Suns’ first-round series of the NBA playoffs against the Los Angeles Clippers is out.
Phoenix (45-37, No. 4 seed in Western Conference) will face Los Angeles (44-38, No. 5 seed in West) in a best of seven series starting Sunday at 5 p.m. at Footprint Center. Game 2 will be Tuesday at 7 p.m before the Suns face the Clippers in two road games, the first of which is Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
Three of the Suns’ first four games of the series will be televised on TNT. Game 3 will be televised by NBA TV.
For local fans, it should be noted each of the first four games will be televised by Bally Sports Arizona. All first-round games that aren't on ABC will be televised on Bally Sports Arizona.
Times and TV info for later games will be determined if the series goes beyond four games.
The Suns and Clippers split their four meetings this season. Los Angeles won the final game between the two teams Sunday, 119-114.
However, Phoenix was without seven rotation players, including starters Devin Booker, Chris Paul, Kevin Durant and Deandre Ayton.
The Suns are favored to win the series by DraftKings and have the third-best odds to win the NBA championship by FanDuel Sportsbook.
